1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Heatdial website. Heating work, inspections and Boiler Service Plans are covered by separate contract terms supplied before you agree to the work or join a plan. Those terms and your agreed quotation set out the scope, price, payment arrangements and applicable cancellation rights. These website terms do not replace them.
This website is operated by Heatdial Ltd, company registration number 12959688. Contact info@heatdial.co.uk or call 07745 528170. Our contact address is Ferncourt Business Centre, Castle Gate, Moore Lane, Clitheroe, BB7 1AZ.
2. Information on this website
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. General descriptions of services are a guide; the work suitable for your property depends on an assessment of your requirements and existing system.
Website information is not a substitute for an inspection or advice about a particular appliance. Do not attempt gas work or other work requiring a qualified professional based on website content.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Sending an enquiry does not confirm an appointment, place an order or create a contract for work. Heatdial will discuss your requirements and confirm the proposed scope, price and arrangements before work is agreed.
A price described as “from” is a starting price. Your quotation will confirm the price applicable to your property and the agreed work, including applicable taxes and charges.
4. Boiler Service Plans
The advertised Boiler Service Plan spreads the cost of future boiler servicing through monthly payments. It is not breakdown insurance or cover for faults and repairs.
Eligibility, included servicing, payment arrangements, duration and cancellation conditions must be confirmed in the plan terms supplied before you join. These website terms do not establish a minimum term, cancellation fee or renewal arrangement.
5. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including rights relating to reasonable care and skill, information supplied before a contract, or cancellation where the law provides it.
Any cancellation information applicable to work booked by telephone, online or at your home will need to form part of the information supplied when that work is agreed.
6. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful personal or business enquiries. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, disrupt the website or misuse its forms.
Website text, designs, photographs and other materials belong to Heatdial or their respective owners or licensors. You may view and retain material for your own use. Permission is needed for commercial republication unless an applicable legal exception allows it.
7. Reviews, images and external links
Customer reviews are attributed to their authors. They describe individual experiences and do not guarantee the same result for every job. Some website imagery is illustrative and should not be treated as evidence of work at a particular property.
Links to Google Maps, social platforms and other external websites are provided for convenience. Their operators are responsible for their own services and terms.
8. Liability and complaints
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
If you have a concern about the website or our services, please contact Heatdial using the details above so it can be investigated. These terms do not prevent you from using legal remedies available to you.
9. Changes and applicable law
We may update these website terms. The version displayed applies to use of the website at that time; changes do not retrospectively change an existing agreement for work.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
